Pharaoh's Falls Slots
Egyptian slots are pretty much a genre of their own. While I'm not extremely knowledgable of the origin of this theme, I'm pretty sure Egyptian based slots have been popular a long time. In a market oversaturated with options, software developers need to step it up to stand out amongst the noise. Pharaoh's Falls does just that. This casually themed Egyptian game is a cascading wins slot, and plays on a five reel format with three available rows. This game takes place in the King's Chamber of the Great Pyramid, and features an abundance of jewel-encrusted rocks. Each time you land a win, the symbols will tumble down and be replaced by the symbols above, potentially creating multiple wins. This epic slot was produced by the geniuses at Saucify, and I was thrilled to try it out.
Basics
This game is playable in demo mode, so your money is safe until you grasp the mechanics and know exactly what your playing technique is going to use. Personally, I find demo mode a crucial thing to have in 2023, so most games do offer it. Still, it's not something to take for granted. In a similar vein, this game is mobile phone optimized so it can be accessed on the go. I loved the animations and general look of this game. The colors are easy on the eyes, the mechanics are exciting and fun to look at. The cascading mechanic literally crushes the stones, which is always fun. The game grid is designed to look like an Egyptian puzzle on the wall of the pyramid, with two torches surrounding the game grid. The game is played on twenty five pay lines, and there is one manual spin button located to the left of the grid. You can win up to 57,025 coins when you play this slot!
The top normal paying symbol is the red jewel symbol, which awards 1000 credits for five. The second highest paying is the blue jewel which pays out half of that. The green jewel awards 200 credits for five and the purple jewel pays out 150 credits for five. The lowest paying symbols are the A,J,K and Q symbols. Every symbol on this game grid has a historically accurate, mystical sort of design that suits the inside of the king's chamber nicely.
Special Features
Any winning symbol combination will activate the Cascades Wins feature as long as it's on an active pay line. Afterward, the winning symbol combination payout is awarded and replaced by new symbols. Any cascade will increase the win multiplier by a step, and the multiplier is applied to the next cascade. When the maximum multiplier is reached, all wins will be paid out at the maximum multiplier and it'll go on as long as the feature is active. There's also a Free Fall Star feature. if Free Falls are triggered simultaneously while landing other wins, the number of the Free Falls awarded is held in the 'Free Falls Star' and the Free Falls feature will trigger until you land no more new winning symbol combinations and the cascading stops. The wild symbol is a red tile with a question mark on it, and it operates as a normal wild. It'll substitute for other symbols to complete winning combinations. If you land three scatter symbols, you'll receive 10 Free Falls. If you land four scatter symbols you'll receive 15 free falls and if you land five scatters you'll receive 20 free falls. The scatter symbol is represented by the green tile with the jeweled scarab on it.
